Multi-Tenancy Model

If you become a multi-tenancy client, you share its software and also, the hardware to the service. You will only be given a few altering and customizing options.

Changing the internal coding or personalizing the functions of the software is not an option here. Everyone shares the same cloud capacity and resources as the rest of the tenants.

Multi-tenancy typically has more vendor support and is very cost-effective.
