Aurora Mobile’s AI Bots Platform, GPTBots, Continues to Expand Globally

SHENZHEN, China, June 13, 2024 — Aurora Mobile Limited (NASDAQ: JG) (“Aurora Mobile” or the “Company”), a leading provider of customer engagement and marketing technology services in China, today provides business updates on its AI Bots platform, GPTBots.

Further to the Q4 2023 updates provided in February 2024, there have been great progress made in the first quarter of 2024 by the GPTBots. On the heels of the great Q4 2023 momentum, the GPTBots registered users (both corporates and developers) number has exceeded 19,000 as of March 31, 2024 , representing a 90% growth quarter-over-quarter, with more than 85% originated internationally. However, as this business is at an early stage, the revenue contribution to the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 is very insignificant.
