SAN FRANCISCO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Hightouch, the leading Agentic Marketing Platform, today announced it has acquired Strata, an AI platform that connects marketing tools without code. The acquisition expands Hightouch’s integration capabilities, giving marketing teams’ AI agents more of the data they need to make decisions.
Strata was founded in 2024 by Kelsey Mullaney, Julian Mclain and Ilya Brin, who met as early employees at Iterable. With Strata, teams tell an AI agent what data to move and where, and Strata builds the connection and keeps it running as systems change. Mullaney, Strata’s CEO, will join Hightouch to help lead revenue programs and go-to-market strategy.
“Marketers should be able to use their customer data without waiting on engineering for every new campaign or connection, and Strata helps us deliver on that for our customers,” said Hightouch co-founder and CTO Joshua Curl.
“Hightouch is removing the ceiling on what marketers can do, bringing data, AI and execution together so marketers can finally move at the speed of their ideas. That’s exactly why we built Strata, and joining Hightouch means we get there faster, for far more marketers,” said Mullaney.
Hightouch expects the acquisition to simplify onboarding and give customers more flexibility as their technology stacks evolve.
